Daniel GarnerAssociate Attorney
Daniel is an Oregon native raised on a dairy farm in eastern Oregon, with a Political Science degree from the University of Oregon and a J.D. from Lewis and Clark College. He has over 25 years of corporate business experience and started his own bankruptcy practice in 2010 after retiring from Daimler Trucks (Freightliner) in Portland. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Oregon and Western Washington. He was an Eagle Scout and has a U.S. Customs Broker’s license.
Daniel worked his way through college and law school, attending Lewis and Clark College at night while working full-time and traveling around the world for business. He and his wife of over 30 years have lived in Tigard, Oregon since 1990 and raised their daughter here, active in 4-H clubs and recreational soccer from elementary school through high school graduation.
Daniel truly enjoys helping people solve their financial problems and regain a solid footing in their lives, whether they are on a limited income overwhelmed by bills or small business entrepreneurs in crisis. He keeps an optimistic outlook on life and provides cheerful encouragement to his clients.
